‘Tis the Season…

It’s been a very tough week. Life deals us all challenging blows and we are never prepared, no matter how much we think we are, when we lose someone we love. But decided to make the effort and get to Jo Neil’s watercolour art morning at Windrush Gallery. And so glad I did. To get ‘into the zone’, to get a focus and have a little distraction was a good decision. And of course, they are unfinished!! But hoping to rectify that and quietly immerse myself - and remind myself how powerful art, nature, poetry can be to help you through tough times.
